• Treat other families, venue owners, and staff with respect
• Remember that everyone's experience of sensory needs is different
• Share constructive feedback — focus on facts and your family's experience
• Disagreements are fine; personal attacks, bullying, and harassment are not
• Be mindful that venue staff are often doing their best with limited resources

• Only review venues you have actually visited
• Be truthful about your experience — don't exaggerate or mislead
• Don't post fake reviews, spam, or promotional content
• Don't impersonate other people or organisations
• Keep community posts relevant to SEN families, venues, and experiences

• No hate speech, discrimination, or content targeting any group
• No threats, violence, or content that encourages harm
• No sexually explicit or inappropriate content
• Don't share other people's personal information without permission
• Don't post content that could put children or vulnerable people at risk

• All reviews, posts, comments, and contributions are checked by AI moderation when submitted
• Content that may violate our guidelines is flagged for human review by our team
• Our moderation team reviews flagged content and user reports, and takes action where needed
• Venue photos are reviewed before appearing on the site
• We aim to be fair and transparent — moderation decisions can be appealed

• If you see something that breaks these guidelines, use the report button
• You can report reviews, community posts, comments, and contributions
• Select a reason for your report and add any helpful details
• All reports are reviewed by our moderation team
• Reporting is anonymous — the person you report won't know who flagged them

When content violates our guidelines, we use a strike system to keep enforcement fair and proportionate.

Strikes are issued for serious violations such as hate speech, harassment, or harmful content. Minor issues (e.g. off-topic posts) are typically handled with content removal and a reminder, without a strike.

• You will see a suspension notice explaining the reason when you next visit the site
• You will not be able to access the community, post reviews, or manage venue listings
• Your existing content may be hidden or removed depending on the severity
• You can still view the home page, help pages, and contact support
• Admins may also suspend accounts directly for serious or repeated violations

• If you believe a moderation decision was made in error, you can appeal
• Contact our support team by email with your account details and the reason for your appeal
• Appeals are reviewed by a member of our team (not automated)
• We aim to respond to appeals within a few working days
• If your appeal is successful, your account will be reinstated and any strikes removed

• The same guidelines apply to business responses and venue updates
• Respond to reviews professionally — even critical ones
• Don't offer incentives for positive reviews or ask users to remove negative ones
• Keep venue information accurate and up to date
• If you disagree with a review, respond politely or report it if it breaks our guidelines
