When you create an account on SENScout, we collect your name, email address, and profile photo (if you sign in with Google). When you submit a venue or leave a review, we store that content along with your user ID. We also collect basic usage data to improve the service.
We use your information to provide the SENScout service, send you notifications about your venues and reviews (which you can opt out of), and improve the platform. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how families use SENScout so we can improve the platform. Google Analytics collects anonymised data such as pages visited, time on site, and general location (country/city level). This data is processed by Google and is not used for advertising. You can opt out at any time via the cookie banner or by clearing your browser data.
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We also use optional analytics cookies (Google Analytics) which are only set if you consent via our cookie banner. We do not use advertising cookies. For full details, see our Cookie Policy.
