SENScout is a platform that helps families find SEN-friendly venues across the UK. By using our service, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
When you submit a venue or leave a review, you retain ownership of your content but grant SENScout a licence to display it on the platform. Reviews must be honest, respectful, and based on genuine experiences. We reserve the right to remove content that violates our community guidelines.
Business owners can claim their venue listings to manage information and respond to reviews. Claims are subject to verification. Misrepresenting your relationship with a business is not permitted and may result in account suspension.
Pro venue subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time and your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
While we strive to keep venue information accurate, SENScout relies on community contributions and cannot guarantee the accuracy of all listings. We encourage users to verify important details directly with venues before visiting, especially regarding sensory accommodations.
